An ideal foundation grain for wheat beers. Adds a very little color and contributes a robust, malty-sweet flavor with bread, nuts, toffee, and light caramel notes. Its high protein helps to produce fuller-bodied beers and improved head formation and retention. This malt performs especially well adding creaminess, body, and complex wheat flavors.
