Most items ship free nationwide

We believe in common-sense product prices and shipping options. To maintain some of the lowest prices in the industry, we offer shipping programs based on location and shipping weight.

Orders ship the same day when received by 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses and other territories are excluded from all discounted shipping options.

Free Shipping

Items excluded from free shipping:

- Orders requiring multiple boxes

- Special orders

- Barrels

- Freight orders

- Special Deals

- Large items (example: sacks of grain, fermenters, auto-siphons, fermenters)

Fast Super Saver Shipping

- Qualifying orders less than 20 lbs. will deliver within 2-5 business days.

- Delivery times are expedited, not guaranteed.

- Items that qualify for Super Saver Shipping display a Super Saver icon.

- 1-10 lb. orders are $12.99; 10-20 pound packages are $22.99.

FedEx Home, Ground or USPS Priority Shipping

- FedEx picks up orders Monday - Friday and delivers 7 days a week.

- USPS Priority Mail is delivered in 1-3 business days, Monday - Saturday.

- Our site calculates shipping based on a single box delivery. If we need to pack your order in multiple cartons, especially if you order glass, we will adjust your shipping charges and contact you for approval.

 

Expedited Shipping - FedEx Overnight and 2 Day Delivery

- FedEx Priority Options are available for in-stock items ordered before 1 PM Eastern Time.

- Packages are delivered Monday - Friday

- Contact us if you require Saturday delivery, which incurs special handling charges.

Freight Items - (Truck Shipment Only)

- Large items such as wine presses, crushers and stainless tanks are shipped via freight.

- We will contact you with a quote before processing your order.

- Items will be marked "Freight Shipment Only"

- You are responsible for lift gate, residential delivery, and appointment fees imposed by the carrier, whether the charges are imposed before or after you receive the shipment.

Canada & International Orders

We do not ship orders to Canada and other countries except through a freight forwarder.

Global Freight Forwarding

- Our responsibility ends at the departure of an order from our facility.

- Freight forward orders are prepaid via a US bank.

- Buyer is responsible for all additional fees, duties and taxes levied by the freight forwarder and country of receipt.

- We do not accept returns on freight forwarded orders.

Special Orders

Special order items are final sales and are not returnable. If the item is broken or damaged in transit, contact us immediately upon receipt. Note the bill of lading for the carrier and take pictures of all damage. We will contact the manufacturer to replace the damaged item(s).

Guarantee / Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will issue a refund promptly upon receiving the return. All refund requests MUST be made within 30 days. Returned products must be in new and unused condition for refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Call us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before sending back the merchandise. Returns without an RMA are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Food products, wine kits, beer ingredient kits and special order items are not returnable.

Damages incurred during shipping

In case of damaged or broken merchandise, take pictures of the exterior of the shipping box and broken contents. Notify us within 48 hours at 800-523-5423 or [email protected] so claims may be processed promptly. We initiate claims with carriers. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Please do not return the items without our authorization.
