Kilned lager-style malt made from two-row. Creates medium-full bodied, golden colored, smooth clean tasting beers. Excellent characteristics for ales, lagers, and German-style ales ("Klsch"). Imparts malty-sweet notes to finished beer. Can sometimes give notes of honey.
