Summer Honey Wheat

This is a richly colored, wheat beer, flavored with the addition of 2 pounds of wildflower honey. The honey naturally enhances the depth of the caramel and wheat malts. A blend of German noble and American hops gives it a perfect hop flavor. Clean and crisp, this is a perfect summer brew.

Style: 31B - Alternative Sugar Beer

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 6.1%
