For all the brewers out there whove switched from clear carboys to stainless we hear this unanimous complaint: I can`t see my beer fermenting anymore! Brewers are curious by nature and we`re not one to stop that curiosityso here is our solution to that problem.
Spike engineers designed a clear polycarbonate (same material as bullet proof glass) cap which allows you to see inside the top of the conical when it`s fermenting. This has also been tested against common brewery chemicals and has held up against the likes of PBW and StarSan.
