We love supporting our fellow small businesses in New England, so we decided to make one of our best-selling recipe kits with local hops from Four Star Farms and base malt from Stone Path Malt! Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is an icon showcase of Cascade's pine and grapfruit flavors and aromas. This kit substitutes Pacific NW Cascade with Massacusetts grown Cascade and utilizes more Four Star hops to match the bitterness of the original. This recipe is a great way to dial in your nose and pallet to the subtle array of differences that come from the terroir of ingredients.
