We took one look at these quality stainless tanks from Sansone and knew that our customers would love them! Made in Italy by master craftsmen, the Sansone Variable Capacity Tanks are highly regarded for their quality, integrity and value. Each tank is fabricated with 304 stainless stell with precision welds at the seams.
Variable capacity tanks eliminate all ullage (air space at the top) by means of a sealable lid that literally floats on the surface of the wine. The lid is sealed airtight by means of an inflatable gasket. The lack of airspace ensures your wine is protected from surface yeasts and oxidation.
Tank features include:
- Lower drain hole with both an interchangable plug and spigot
- Variable capacity lid
- Gasket
- Pump
- Airlock
- Top stainless dust lid (great for using the tank to ferment grapes!)
- 1500 and 2000 liter tanks contain a separate sample tap and lifting arm
All tank systems include a 17" stand.
