Step back in time and try a brew that dates back over 100 years. Our version revives a style of beer that you aren`t likely to see at your local store or brewery. Our pre-prohibition style lager is full flavored and uses orange peel and juniper berries to bitter and preserve.
Select dry or liquid yeast and be sure to decide whether to cold ferment (lager) or warm ferment (ale).
Style: 27 - Pre-Prohibition Lager
Fermentation Temp: Lager: 50 - 55F, Ale: 62 - 72F
ABV: 5.5%
Your craft brew kit includes specialty grains, malt extracts, hops, and additives.
Be sure to add one large muslin bag to your order; they are required but NOT included! We also recommend a nylon bag for your kettle additions.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
