Pict of the Liter Gruit Ale - All Grain

This gruit made with heather flower (aka Fraoch) is named for the Picts (an earlier, tribal culture of Scotland.) Like many pre-industrial brewing societies, they likely would have used honey in conjunction with malted grain. Our local honey will increase the floral character and leave this brew mildly sweet and easy drinking.

Style: 30A Spiced/Herb Beer

Fermentation Temp: 65 - 70F

ABV: 5%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.
