Olde Ale - All Grain

Our Olde Ale All-Grain kit is malty-sweet with a complex blend of dried-fruit, caramel, nut, and toffee flavor. This beer has a medium mouth feel with a lingering head that produces gorgeous Belgian lacing down your glass.

Style: 17B - Old Ale

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 7%

For maximum flavor, try ageing this fine craft brew for 6 - 8 weeks.

-          White Labs 099 Super high Gravity will give you higher alcohol and a dryer finish.

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
