Oktoberfest Lager or Ale - All Grain

A special recipe from our friends in Munich, this copper colored beer has a malty backbone which is balanced by the noble hop qualities exhibited by the Hallertauer hops. Slightly sweet with a smooth, dry finish, this beer is worth the time it takes to brew. Our Oktoberfest kit is designed to be brewed as a lager or an ale depending on your temperature control.

Fermentation Temp: 50 - 55F (Lager) or 62 - 72F (Ale)

ABV: 5.6%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
