In our pursuit of supporting local we bring to you a homebrew kit partnership with local craft breweries! This one is an American Lager by Notch Brewing in Salem, MA. Known for their session beers and European style lagers, with this recipe you can brew what theyre canning. Prost!

Style: 1B - American Lager

Fermentation Temp: 48 - 55F

ABV: 4.3%

Your homebrew kit includes specialty grains, hops, and instructions. If you`re bottling be sure to add 3/4 cup Corn Sugar.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
