Munich Festbier - All Grain

A lighter and less filling beer for the Oktoberfest season. This pale lager gets it`s malty flavors from it`s base instead of from the Caramel malts that a Marzen uses. It also has a medium presences from German noble hops. Great out of a stein mug!

Fermentation Temperature: 48 - 58F

ABV: 6.2%

This is a lager recipe that will require fermentation temperatures ranging from 51 F to 36 F. If using liquid yeast we recommend doing a yeast starter prepared 2 days prior to brewing.

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.
