Our Maple Amber Ale is uniquely balanced. The maple flavor is subtle and plays nicely with the aromatics of the hops. The addition of pure maple syrup at bottling time will enhance the maple flavor. Has a beautiful creamy head and can be primed with maple syrup or dry malt as noted in recipe. Wonderfully Different!
