Irish Cream Stout - All Grain

Our Irish Cream Stout is a rich, dark beer with a nose loaded with aromas such as coffee beans, dark bitter chocolate, and roasted barley. True to a cream stout, the beer pours with a thick creamy head and imparts a slightly sweet flavor from the unfermentable lactose sugar included in your kit. Dark, dry, and liquid extracts ensure a solid full body in this brew. Our version imparts a fruity aftertaste with somewhat low bitterness rated at 15.5 IBUs.

Patience is rewarded - age this stout a minimum of four weeks after bottling for best flavor.

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 68F

ABV: 5.1%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
