A rich, dark, dark beer with a nose loaded with aromas such as coffee beans, dark bitter chocolate, and roasted barley. True to a cream stout, the beer pours with a thick creamy head and imparts a slightly sweet flavor from the unfermentable lactose sugar included in your kit. Dark, dry, and liquid extracts ensure a solid full body in this brew. Our version imparts a fruity aftertaste with somewhat low bitterness rated at 15.5 IBUs. Patience is rewarded - age this stout a minimum of four weeks after bottling for best flavor.
