The New England Style IPA has quickly taken over as the goto beer style. Soft, juicy, and hazy with tons of hop flavor and aroma, plus a pleasant bitterness at the end. The flaked oats yield a silky mouthfeel that cushions the Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops.
