Gluten Free Stout

Gluten Free kits are assembled from ingredients that are gluten free. However, to make them truly free of trace amounts of gluten you will need to use THOROUGHLY clean glass or stainless fermenters or a plastic fermenter that has never held standard wort/beer. Otherwise the end result will be a gluten REDUCED beer.

Our most ambitious GF sorghum extract beer yet. A mix of dark beet sugars for color and caramel flavors as well as dried chicory root for coffee/roasty flavors to create a stout for those with Gluten Free diets.

Style: 15C Irish Extra Stout

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 78F

ABV: 5.8%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, malt extracts, Irish moss and priming sugar.

Muslin or nylon bags for hops are helpful but not included in this kit.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
