Farmhouse Ale (Saison) - All Grain

Our Farmhouse Ale is mildly hopped and light in color. Optionally you can also delicately spice this beer with paradise seed, coriander, orange peel, and peppercorns*. Using the Belgian liquid yeast try fermenting cooler (65-75F) for a subtle fruit undertone or ferment warmer (85-95) for a pleasant spice note.

ABV: 6%

*Please note: The spices in this kit are optional, and so are not included. If you prefer to add the spice youll need 1 TBSP coriander, 1 oz. bitter orange peel, 1 TBSP peppercorns and 2 grams grains of paradise. We offer all items on our website and in store, except the peppercorns. You can easily find these at your local grocery store.  

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

All of our Beer and Wine Hobby craft brewing kits are proven quality brews. They are pre-packaged and pre-measured complete with instructions ready for use. All kits yield 5 gallons. Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
