Spelt Saison

Harkening back to an earlier era of brewing history, this recipe utilizes wheat and its much older cousin Spelt to add proteins for mouthfeel and a subtle nuttiness. Saisons were often brewed at farms with whatever grains they had to malt from the harvest, so it was not uncommon to have multiple grain types mixed into one beer.

Fermentation Temp: 70-77F

ABV: 6%
