Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA Clone

Our All-Grain DFH 90min Clone is continuously hopped for 90 minutes providing a beautiful balance to an Imperial IPA. This hopping allows you to add a foolhardy amount of hops throughout the boil without making is crushingly bitter. With pine and fruity citrus hop aroma and a strong malt backbone, this beer creates a pungent, unapologetic flavor.

Style: 22A Double IPA

Fermentation Temp: 64 - 75F

ABV: 8.9%

Tips: 

• You can try to make the elusive 75 minute IPA by also brewing the Dogfish Head 60 minute clone recipe kit blending 50/50 and priming with 1 1/4 cups maple syrup.
• We highly recommend at least a 1L yeast starter (it`s easy!) to create an optimum amount of yeast cells for an ideal fermentation of your high gravity beer.  Our Yeast Starter Kit includes (1) 1000ml Erlenmeyer Flask (1) foam stopper (1) Airlock (2) 2oz. Packages of Yeast Starter and directions.
