Coriander has a spicy, slightly lemony aroma and flavor. Be sure to crush the seeds before adding to the wort. Ideal for spiced beers and Belgian ales like the Witbier.
USE: Add 1/2 to 1 oz. per 5 gallons of wort during the last 5 minutes of the boil.
