Calvados Aged Belgian Tripel - All Grain

With the rise in popularity of barrel aged beers over the last few years, we wanted to give the same opportunities to our homebrewers. With slight hints of apple, this beer is malt forward, dry, light, and clean. Soft spicy notes from the Belgian yeast marry effortlessly with hints of vanilla from the French oak. An effervescent golden hue and frothy head invite you to take sip after sip.

We recommend adding Fermcap (to minimize foaming) and Calvados.

Fermentation Temp: 65 - 69F

ABV: 7.5%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.
