With the rise in popularity of barrel aged beers over the last few years, we wanted to give the same opportunities to our homebrewers. With slight hints of apple, this beer is malt forward, dry, light, and clean. Soft, spicy noted from the Belgian yeast marry effortlessly with hints of vanilla from the french oak. An effervescent golden hue and frothy head invite you to take sip after sip.

Your craft brew kit includes malt extracts, hops, and additives.
We recommend adding a small muslin bag to contain the oak chips, Fermcap (to minimize foaming) and Calvados.
