Bavarian Wheat: 65% Malted Wheat / 35% Malted Barley. May be used in the production of extract wheat beers and in the production of all grain beers to adjust the color flavor and gravity. Improves body and head retention.

Golden Light: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. May be used in the production of all styles of extract beer and to adjust the color flavor and gravity of all grain beers.

Munich: **AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ORDER ONLY** This specialty malt extract is made using a traditional multiple mashing process to achieve higher levels of fermentability. It is made from 50% Munich Malt and 50% Base Malt to produce a very rich malty amber colored extract. Use in Oktoberfest Marzen or Bock beers.

Sparkling Amber: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. May be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color flavor and gravity of all grain beers. Use in the production of Pale Ales Red and Amber Ales Munich style beers Bock and Oktoberfest beers Scottish Ales and darker beers including Porters and Stouts.

Traditional Dark: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. May be used in the produciton of many extract beer styles and to adjust the color flavor and gravity of all grain beers. Use in the production of Red and Amber beers Oktoberfest Bock beer Doppelbock Brown Ales and other dark colored beers.
