Pale Ale: CBW® Pale Ale LME is produced from 100% Briess Pale Ale Malt, a fully modified high extract, low protein malt that is not just a darker Brewers Malt. The proprietary malting process for Briess Pale Ale Malt involves careful monitoring of the kiln drying process and specialized temperature rests that result in the development of its unique flavor.
Bavarian Wheat: 65% Malted Wheat / 35% Malted Barley. May be used in the production of extract wheat bears and in the production of all grain beers to adjust color flavor and gravity. Improves body and head retention.
Golden Light: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. May be used in the production of all styles of extract beer and to adjust the color flavor and gravity of all grain beers.
Munich: This specialty malt extract is made using a traditional multiple step mashing process to achieve highter levels of fermentability. It is made from 50% Munich Malt and 50% Base Malt to produce a very rich malty amber colored extract. Use in Oktoberfest Marzen or Bock beers.
Sparkling Amber: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. May be used in the production of all extract beer styles and to adjust the color flavor and gravity of all grain beers. Use in the production of Pale Ales Red and Amber Ales Munich style beers Bock and Oktoberfest beers Scottish Ales and darker beers including Porters and Stouts.
Traditional Dark: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. May be used in the produciton of many extract beer styles and to adjust the color flavor and gravity of all grain beers. Use in production of Red and Amber Beers Oktoberfest Bock beer Doppelbock Brown Ales and other dark colored beers.
Pilsen Light: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. This is the lightest pure malted barley extract available and produces a very crisp clear wort. Use in all styles of extract beer and to adjust the color flavor and gravity of all grain beers.
Rye: 100% Pure Malted Barley extract. May be used in the production of Roggenbier and other Rye beers. Specially formulated to develop an appealing malty caramel flavor with subtle spicy rye notes. Delivers light golden color and is 9¼ Lovibond at 8¼ Plato.
