Here`s a teriffic new product that will make dry hopping beer and oaking wine a breeze. The Brew Infuser is constructed from high grade stainless steel and has a 4" chain with hook to allow it to hang from the inside of a pot or suspended in a carboy or fermenter pail. The 11.5" x 1.5" mesh "tube" can hold approximately four ounces of hops and the mesh is porous for efficient and rapid infusion of the material into your beer or wine. It can also be used for oak chips cinnamon sticks elderberries peppers or any other additives you`d like. It`s convenient sanitary and dishwaher safe.
