Bourbon Maple Wheat Wine - All Grain

Our All-Grain Bourbon-Maple Wheat Wine is inspired by the widely acclaimed Founder`s 2009 Nemesis which is enhanced with both maple and bourbon infused oak.

This beer has a pleasant aroma of vanilla, maple, bourbon, and butterscotch. The appearance is deep amber with glints of red, medium carbonation, and brilliant clarity. Rich and full bodied.  Sweetness completely hides alcohol and compliments the bourbon and maple. This sips with an ever-changing journey that begins with the slightly bitter hops, then leaves to give center stage to wheat. Hints of bourbon and vanilla then follow as you begin to appreciate the oak aging but it is very well integrated and free of harsh tannins.

ABV: 9.3%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

NOT INCLUDED: This kit requires 1.5 lbs of Maple Syrup.
