Inspired by the widely acclaimed Founder`s 2009 Nemesis this wheat wine is enhanced with both maple and bourbon infused oak. To fully understand this treasure see tasting notes below.

1.5 lbs Pure Maple Syrup

Serving Recommendation
 
Tuliped chalice and at 55 degrees. If served too cold and there is a dominating banana nose to the beer that dissipates as it warms to reveal it`s true personality.  
 
Appearance
 
Deep amber with glints of red medium carbonation and brilliant clarity.
 
Aroma
 
Vanilla Bourbon Maple Butterscotch
 
Taste
 
Rich and full bodied.  Sweetness completely hides alcohol and compliments the bourbon and maple.  This sips with an ever-changing journey that begins with the slightly bitter hops which then leaves to give center stage to wheat. Hints of bourbon and vanilla then follow as you begin to appreciate the oak aging but it is very well integrated and free of harsh tannins.  As you swallow the maple is revealed leaving and lingers slightly.
