Blueberry Wheat - All Grain

Our All-Grain Blueberry Wheat is a refreshing light beer with the wonderful flavor of summer blueberries. This American style wheat beer takes the Hefeweizen recipe and replaces the distinctive yeast with cleaner fermenting ale yeast. Resulting in a crisp wheat ale with the perfect amount of fruit flavor.

Style: 29A - Fruit Beer

Fermentation Temp: 65 - 69F

ABV: 4.5%

Your craft brew kit includes grains, hops, and a recipe instruction sheet. Priming sugar, irish moss, and any accessories are not included.

Kits are available with either Ready to Pitch Liquid Yeast for your ease and convenience or Dry Yeast which you may prefer in the summer months because it ships well.
