Bitter Orange Peel or "Curacau Orange Peel" is a green-gray peel used commercially by domestic brewers to duplicate the beer styles that put Belgium on the brewing map. While not very bitter, they are a key ingredient in Belgian style whit beers.
USE: 1/2oz. to 1oz. for 5gl. batch of beer. Add to the last 15 to 20 minutes from the end of the boil.
