American Wheat

An American twist on the German Hefeweizen this beer is a light straw color light to medium bodied with a long-lasting head. The higher carbonation level leaves a pleasant bite on your palate. Unlike its German counterpart this yeast doesnt exhibit the typical flavors and aromas of banana and clove. A light hop character compliments the wheat malt used to make this beer.
This beer can be served with a lemon wedge to cut the wheat or yeast edge however purists argue that this damages the beer`s taste and head retention you can be the judge of that!

Style: 1D - American Wheat or Rye Beer

Fermentation Temp: 65 - 69F

ABV: 4.4%
